1. Overview

Forks247 is a chef-led culinary platform created by Chef David A. Wilmott and operated by Forks247 LLC.

Forks247 may provide recipes, articles, culinary education, Kitchen Studio, Meal After Meal Foundations, cookbooks, spices, merchandise, restaurant consulting, business services, private dining information, and other food-related products and services.

References to “Forks247,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to Forks247 LLC unless otherwise stated.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using Forks247 websites, Kitchen Studio, purchasing products, subscribing to services, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with our digital services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the applicable website, account, subscription, or service.

3. Educational and Culinary Content

Forks247 and Kitchen Studio provide chef-crafted recipes, culinary Labs, cooking techniques, ingredient guidance, educational materials, videos, written content, and other culinary resources.

This content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Users are responsible for applying cooking techniques safely and responsibly in their own kitchens and for determining whether particular recipes, ingredients, equipment, or techniques are appropriate for their circumstances.

4. Recipes and Cooking Results

Forks247 makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate recipes and culinary guidance, but cooking results can vary.

Differences in ingredients, equipment, appliances, altitude, climate, cooking surfaces, oven calibration, technique, substitutions, and individual interpretation may affect results.

Forks247 does not guarantee that a particular recipe, technique, or cooking method will produce identical results for every user.

Kitchen Studio is a digital culinary platform within the Forks247 ecosystem designed to support cooking, meal planning, culinary learning, recipe discovery, pantry awareness, and related features.

Kitchen Studio may include personalized recipes, menu planning, Daily Specials, The List, pantry-related tools, Meal After Meal Foundations, culinary Labs, and other educational or interactive features.

Forks247 may modify, add, remove, improve, or discontinue Kitchen Studio features from time to time.

7. User Accounts

Certain services may require a user account.

Users agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain the security and confidentiality of their login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You should notify Forks247 promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

8. Subscription Services

Kitchen Studio memberships and other subscription-based services are billed according to the plan selected at the time of enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated during signup, subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable subscription rate until canceled.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, users should cancel before the applicable renewal date.

Prices, features, and subscription plans may change from time to time. Where required, notice of material pricing changes will be provided before the new price applies to an existing subscription.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Kitchen Studio and other digital content, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, except where required by applicable law or where a specific offer states otherwise.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not necessarily generate a refund for the current billing period.

Refund, return, shipping, or cancellation terms for physical merchandise, spices, books, or other products may be presented separately at checkout or on the applicable product page.

10. Purchases and Payments

Forks247 may sell subscriptions, physical products, digital products, spices, merchandise, books, consulting services, or other offerings.

By submitting an order or payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, shipping costs, or fees shown at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers whose additional terms and privacy practices may apply.

11. Product Availability

Products, spices, merchandise, books, and other items may be available only in limited quantities or for limited periods.

Forks247 may modify product availability, descriptions, packaging, pricing, quantities, or specifications without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order when necessary, including in cases involving inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational issues.

12. Consulting, Private Dining, and Professional Services

Restaurant consulting, bookkeeping, private dining, catering, events, and other professional services may be governed by additional proposals, invoices, engagement agreements, booking terms, deposits, service charges, cancellation policies, or contracts.

If separate written terms are provided for a specific service, those terms will control that engagement where they differ from these general Terms.

Catering and certain event services may be provided through Forks & Flavors and may be subject to separate terms, policies, or booking agreements.

13. Acceptable Use

Users may access Forks247 content and services for lawful, personal, and permitted business purposes.

Users may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute Forks247 recipes, culinary Labs, written materials, videos, downloads, or course materials except as permitted by law or written authorization
• Commercially publish, sell, license, or package Forks247 educational materials as their own
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices
• Share paid account credentials or subscription access in a manner intended to bypass membership requirements
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or restricted features
• Interfere with or disrupt website or application functionality
• Use Forks247 services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, harmful, or deceptive activity
• Scrape, systematically extract, or compile substantial portions of Forks247 protected content for republication, resale, model training, database creation, or competing services without written permission

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Forks247 website content, Kitchen Studio content, recipes, culinary Labs, educational materials, written content, videos, graphics, photographs, branding, downloadable materials, course materials, and original creative works are owned by or licensed to Chef David A. Wilmott and/or Forks247 LLC.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

15. Personal Use of Recipes

Users may use Forks247 recipes for personal cooking, household use, and ordinary non-commercial meal preparation.

A recipe's underlying idea, ingredient combination, or cooking method may be subject to different legal treatment than original written expression, photography, educational commentary, or other protected creative content.

Forks247's original recipe descriptions, instructions, photographs, Chef Notes, Flavor Notes, culinary Labs, educational explanations, graphics, and other expressive materials may not be copied or republished without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.

16. Trademarks and Branding

Forks247, Forks & Flavors, Kitchen Studio, Meal After Meal, associated logos, wordmarks, slogans, graphics, and other brand identifiers may be protected trademarks or proprietary branding.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Forks247 branding in a manner that suggests endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written authorization.

17. User Submissions and Communications

If you send Forks247 reviews, testimonials, comments, suggestions, feedback, photographs, messages, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

You retain ownership of content you own.

When you intentionally submit content for public display, promotion, a testimonial, social-media feature, or similar use, you grant Forks247 permission to use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to applicable law and any additional agreement between you and Forks247.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

Forks247 may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, ecommerce providers, social-media platforms, email providers, hosting services, and other websites or software.

Forks247 does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of those services may be subject to separate agreements with the third-party provider.

19. Availability and Changes to Services

Forks247 may update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue website features, Kitchen Studio tools, content, products, subscriptions, or other services.

We do not guarantee that every feature or service will remain continuously available or unchanged.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, service-provider outages, security concerns, or circumstances outside our control.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forks247 websites, content, Kitchen Studio, recipes, educational materials, recommendations, and digital services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Forks247 does not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every individual purpose.

21. Limitation of Liability

Kitchen Studio and Forks247 provide cooking education and culinary information but cannot guarantee cooking outcomes.

Cooking involves risks including heat, knives, appliances, food preparation hazards, raw ingredients, burns, cuts, fire, foodborne illness, allergic reactions, and other potential injuries or damages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forks247 LLC, Chef David A. Wilmott, and their respective owners, representatives, contractors, or service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, content, digital services, recipes, or educational materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions when using Forks247 information, recipes, recommendations, and services.

This includes responsibility for:

• Safe food handling
• Proper use of kitchen tools and equipment
• Cooking foods to appropriate temperatures
• Reviewing ingredient labels

Continued use of Forks247 after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
