1 lb Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
1 apple, julienned
2 tbsp olive oil
1½ tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions
Add Brussels sprouts and apple to a bowl.
Whisk oil, vinegar, Dijon, honey, salt, and pepper.
