Bloody Mary Cocktail

Servings: 2 | Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups tomato juice

  • 4 oz vodka (choose your favorite brand!)

  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to your spice tolerance)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp celery salt (plus extra for rimming glasses)

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Ice cubes

Garnishes (optional but encouraged):

  • Celery stalks

  • Pickle spears

  • Lemon wedges

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Cooked shrimp skewers

Instructions:

  1. Prep the glasses: Run a lemon wedge around the rim of two highball glasses and dip the rims into a plate of celery salt.

  2. Mix the cocktail: In a shaker or mixing glass, combine tomato juice, vodka, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, celery salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

  3. Assemble: Fill the prepared glasses with ice and pour the cocktail mixture over. Garnish with your choice of toppings.
